What can I ask?
For example, which flows have been pending more than ten days and who still has to sign, how signed document volume compares between quarters, or everything signed with a given client. The assistant can also draft a follow-up message or a set of meeting notes from those results.
Can the assistant sign or modify documents?
No. The connector is read-only: it cannot create flows, send documents for signature, change templates or delete information. Signing and editing still happen inside Legale.
Who can access my information?
The connection uses your current Legale permissions. Each connection is individual, each AI service needs its own authorization, and every query is recorded with the user's identity and the operation invoked.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. Just delete the API key in your Legale account. Keys are personal and should not be shared between users or between services.
Should I verify the answers?
Yes. AI can summarize information incorrectly, so it is worth checking important figures in Legale before using a report with the board, a client or a court.
