Bug Fix – Form Sent by Automation No Longer Opens as a Blank Page

Fixed an issue where forms sent through Automation displayed a blank page after recipients clicked Send.
Previously, the submission process failed to complete correctly, preventing users from continuing.

Forms sent via Automation now load and submit correctly without displaying a blank page.
