New Feature – My Tickets Redesign and Multiple Attachments Support

Introduced a complete redesign of My Tickets in the Viewer Portal, improving ticket management, navigation, and the overall user experience. Additionally, support for multiple attachments has been added to both the Viewer Portal and the Legale platform.

The update includes:

• New My Tickets interface: Redesigned ticket list with improved navigation, search, filters, and status visualization.

• Improved ticket detail view: New interface displaying ticket information, category, subcategory, status, user information, attachments, and conversation history.

• Integrated ticket chat: Users can communicate directly with the person handling their request.

• New ticket creation modal: Updated design with a centered window for creating support tickets.

• Multiple attachments: Users can now upload up to 10 files per ticket, select multiple files, add additional attachments, and remove individual files before submission.

• Legale platform improvements: The same multiple-attachment functionality is now available when creating tickets directly from Legale.

• Responsive design: Improved interface consistency and usability across different screen sizes.
