What’s new in Legale: April 2026
In April 2026 we released two Legale updates, on April 6 and 27, with four new features and twenty-six fixes. The new features include the option to restart the advanced signature enrollment, and most fixes improve forms, smart documents and signing workflows.
At a glance
- Advanced signature: FEA enrollment can now be restarted.
- Support assistant: Cloudia is renamed AI Assistant.
- Tickets: files can be attached when creating a ticket.
- Smart documents: a new icon.
- Twenty-six fixes in forms, smart documents, signing workflows, CSV automations, folders, accounts and the support assistant.
New features
Restart the advanced signature enrollment
In Settings → FEA Enrollment there is a new Restart Enrollment option. Use it to enroll again if there was a problem during the process, repeat it after a configuration change, or redo it to validate or resolve an error. We explain the full enrollment in Cloud advanced electronic signature.
Cloudia is now the AI Assistant
The support chat was renamed: “Cloudia” is now called “AI Assistant”, to make it clearer what it does.
Attachments when creating a ticket
When creating a new ticket you can now attach files, just like in the rest of the tickets module. More in My Tickets in Legale.
A new icon for smart documents
Smart documents have a new icon that’s clearer and consistent with the rest of the platform.
