“My requests”, redesigned and with several attachments

We rebuilt the My requests view in the portal from scratch: it is easier to navigate, you find what you are looking for sooner and the status of each request reads at a glance. On top of that, both the portal and the help desk now accept several attachments in a single request.

Each account’s settings no longer mix with the others

The request statuses, entity types, categories and compliance rules you set up in one account were also showing up in the others.

Bulk import now accepts CSV files with accents and special characters

Comma-separated UTF-8 CSV files uploaded without reporting any problem, but the contacts were never created.

Creating a service level agreement no longer throws an error

When saving an SLA the system returned a server error and everything you had set up was lost.

Dates now follow each country’s format

Date variables in documents always came out in US format, which invited confusion in contracts with deadlines.
